Schezwan Dosa

South indian dosa  with schezwan sauce,a perfect fusion of indo chinese cuisine.The crustyness of the dosa combines really well with the tangy, spicy schezwan noodles.A good idea for lunch boxes too.I tried this when I had only  2 cups of dosa batter left.

Ingredients,
Dosa batter- 2  cups
Butter or Ghee- According to taste
scehzwan sauce- 1/2 tsp per dosa ( increase it for more spice)

Hakka noodles- 75 gms
Schezwan sauce- 1/2 tbsp
Soy sauce- 1/2 tbsp
Carrots- 1/2 cup ( cut into Julienne)
Cabbage- 1/2 cup ( cut into Julienne)
Beans- 1/2 cup ( cut into Julienne)
Ginger- 1/3 tsp ( grated)
Garlic- 2 ( finely chopped).
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Cooking oil- 1 tbsp.


  1. Cook hakka noodles in water and drain the water.Keep it aside.
  2. Take a tbsp of oil in a pan .As it gets heated,add ginger and garlic.
  3. Add the vegetables and saute them.Add schezwan sauce and soy sauce.
  4. Add cooked hakka noodles and salt and mix well.
  5. On a heated griddle pour 2 ladle full of dosa batter and make dosa.
  6. As the crust gets brownish,spread the schezwan sauce all over the dosa.Spread ghee/oil all over.
  7. Put the prepared schezwan noodles on a side of the dosa and roll the dosa.
  8. Cut it or serve just like that with chutney and sambar.
    Saute vegetables in a tablespoon of oil ,add garlic and ginger
    and add schezwan sauce and soy sauce.

    Add cooked and water drained hakka noodles with
    salt and mix well.


    Add 2 ladle full of batter and make dosa.
    Spread schezwan sauce all over.Spread oil/ghee.


    Add prepared noodles on a side.

    Roll the dosa
