While trying for the first time try with only 1 cup of flour.No matter whatever cup measure the procedure will be the same.
Pour some flour on the counter top and the place the ball of dough on it.Apply a little flour on your hand,and slowly pat the dough on all the sides,the roti start expanding.if you are hands wet your hand get sticked to the roti and you want get rotis properly.
Keep expanding by patting on the flour mix of ball till it is big enough like a roti and then slowly
scrape it from the bottom of the roti and then lift it with your right hand and place it on the left hand.Then slowly transfer it to the right hand and put it on the pan which is preheated,so that the bottom of the roti is on top of the pan.
Sprinkle a little water on the upper side of the roti after a few seconds when you are able to lift it turn it over on the other Side .

Mix the flour with water just when it starts to boil and
make a lump of the dough.Dough should be the consistency
of chapathi dough.( I use Jalpur brand Juwar flour)
Take a few drops of water and knead it well.As
time goes by the dough gets softer then you don't
have to add much water to knead small parts of dough.
Knead well with your plams .
Flatten it by pressing with your fingers.
Spread flour on the working place and place the kneaded
dough and sprinkle flour on top.
Start patting all over with your fingers not palm.
Make sure hands aren't wet.You can dust your hands with flour
before patting to make your hands dry.
Keep patting and turning until you spread it to full roti size.
You can dust your fingers with flour to make it dry.
You can shield your left hand while patting and turning
to avoid any breakage at the edges during expanding.
After patting the bhakri or roti.
Scrape off the bottom with a spatula and transfer it to the
left hand.

Flip it back to your right hand.
From right hand again you flip it on the hot tava.
The bottom of the roti while your were patting comes on top.
Sprinkle a few drops of water.
As you see the roti rising a little flip it over.
Let the roti rise a little and then tranfer it to a clean plate
and serve.

Moth Whole Curry
For the moth whole curry.
whole moths -2 cups soaked in water for 1 day and then drain the water and keep it in a dry warm place for another day to make them sprouts.
peanuts - saok for a an hour before you prepare this curry.
for tampering,
oil-2 teaspoons
mustard seeds -1 teaspoon
cumin seeds-1 teaspoon
turmeric powder- a pinch
asafoetida -1 pinch
curry leaves-3
In a pan take oil and heat it up pour in the mustard seeds after they splutter add cumin seeds,then asafoetida ,turmeric and curry leaves in the end. add the soaked peanuts and then the sprouted moth.Add 2 teaspoons of salt to it.Cook it for 5 minutes.
