Parsley Lemon Spagetti

I made this parsley lemon Spagetti for me and my kids as lunch.  Summer is so much of strain for moms ,sometimes feels like doing something quirky ,so that the kids can have fun eating it and easy for moms to prepare too. Parsley lemon Spagetti has a nice portion of lemon juice and lemon zest to make it a little tangy ,a little spicy with red pepper flakes and good amount of  heavy cream and cheese.Whats not there for a kid to love.

Ingredients,
Spagetti- 1/4 pound
Garlic- 4 pods
Crushed red pepper flakes- 1/4 tbsp
Olive oil- 1/2 cup
Heavy cream- 1/2 cup
Lemon juice- 1tbsp
lemon zest- 1/2 tbsp.
Parsely- 1/4 cup( finely chopped)
Salt- 3/4 tbsp
Cheese- 1/4 cup


  1. Cook spagetti in a pot and drain water.
  2. Take 1/2 cup of olive oil in a pan,add garlic and crushed red pepper flakes.
  3. After the garlic is slightly roasted,add heavy cream and lemon juice.
  4. Let this cook for a minute on low flame.
  5. Add cooked spagetti,lemon zest ,salt ,parsely and cheese and  mix well.
  6. sprinkle some lemon zest before serving.



Take olive oil in a[pot,add crushed red pepperflakes,
garlic and then add heavy cream and lemon juice .
Cook for a minute on low flame.

Add cooked spagetti,salt,parsely and finally cheese.
