water-To knead it into a dough
- Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl, slowly start adding the water and make it into a dough,(Consistence should be just like that of the rotis or chapathis)
- In a pan take 1/2 a teaspoon of oil,in the middle of the pan.Take a small ball of this dough and start pressing it equally on all the sides of the pan .slowly the dough starts to expand, expand it untill the dough is equally spread across the pan
- Roast it on the pan ,after you see it going a little golden in color flip it on the other side.Rice flour bread is ready to serve.
- Before you start to make the second one on the same pan ,make sure that you put the hot pan under running cold water for a minute and dry it with a tissue paper.Repeat the process starting with a teaspoon of a oil in the middle of the pan and pressing it with your fingers on all the sides.
