Vegetable Puffs

Vegetable puffs are made from puff pastry sheets with some vegetable toppings on them and then baked .Once I started eating them I felt like these vegetable puffs belong to the same guild of pizzas. They smell wonderful and taste like pizzas too.
I would totally recommend this for moms who want to make something quick and quirky for after school snacks for their kids.My kids love them and the toppings do not need much time to prepare, making it quick and easy for  moms and this can also be great for get togethers.
