Tomato Bath is a tangy ,spicy rice. This is a quick and also very easy recipe which can be made instantly. I normally do this during weekends when we can all have ample time to eat together at the dinner table.Although this is a bit spicy ,this is very kid friendly.
Ingredients,
Cooking oil- 3 tbsps ( I used Olive oil)
Ginger- 1/2 tbsp( finely grated)
Green chilli- 1 ( slit length wise)
Tomato- 1 cup ( chopped)
Onions- 1/4 cup ( chopped)
Cinnamon- 2 ( 1 inches)
Garam masala- 1/2 tbsp
Red chilli powder- 1/4 tbsp
salt- 1/2 tbsp
Basmathi Rice- 3/4 cup ( uncooked).

- Cook rice in a pressure cooker or a rice cooker.
- Take oil in a pot,add two pieces of cinnamon.
- Slowly add green chilli ,ginger and onions ,sauté for a minute.
- Add chopped tomatoes .Cook till it becomes a soft paste.
- Add garam masala and red chilli powder.
- Add cooked rice and salt and mix well.
Heat oil in a pot,add two pieces of cinnamon.
Saute green chilli and onions and ginger.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook till tomatoes are soft.
Add red chilli powder and garam masala.
Add salt and cooked rice and mix well.
