veggie pizza with basil

Pizza is something which my kids will never say no to it.Have tried it many times with active dry yeast, but never got good texture of  the dough, this time i tried it with the instant yeast. This time it was a winner, pizza crust was very crunchy.
ingredients for the pizza dough
All purpose flour-31/2 cups
instant yeast-1 packet ( I use small packets/ sachets of instant yeast)
warm water -1 cup
salt-1 teaspoon.
olive oil-1teaspoon

Mix all the ingredients ,slowly add the warm water.cover the dough and store it in a warm place.Let rise to double the volume.Usually it takes about an hour and a half.
I have used half of the dough and the rest I stored it in the refrigerator to use it for the next time.

Marinara sauce.
ingredients,
tomato puree-1 cup
garlic-1 clove
onion-1 samll or half a big onion,(cut into small pieces)
basil-1 leaf
bay leaf-1

Mozzarella cheese according to your taste.

saute the onion in a pan with olive oil and grind the tomato puree and onions and garlic in a grinder and heat the whole grinded mix in a pan add the bay leaf and the basil leaf,so that you can remove the basil leaf  and bay leaf after the sauce has bubbled.Remember to keep stirring it,while the sauce is bubbling.sauce is done after it has bubbled.

vegetables for pizza toppings ideally would be onions, mushrooms, red bell peppers, basil leaves and spinach leaves.Mushromms give the pizza a very nice aroma, everything should be cut into pieces.

By now the pizza dough should be ready.Pre heat the oven to 400 degree farenheit .Grease the pan with olive oil and evenly spread out the dough ( Half of the prepared dough) and then the sauce on top of that the mozzarella cheese and then the veggies. It takes about 15 to 17 minutes for the pizza to be baked.
