Baked Brussel Sprouts

Brussels sprouts are a group of cabbages. They look like miniature cabbages and tastes mostly like cabbages too.I tried baking them this time. When they are sautéd in a pan they have a very crunchy taste. After baking them they got a little crunchy from the outside but soft from the inside.
I have used dried thyme but you can also use fresh thyme while baking.
