This measurement is for 4 people and I made use of this for 2 days. For lesser number of people soak 1/2 of the measurements.
Ingredients,
Sona Masoori Rice- 1cup
Par Boiled Rice- 1 cup
Idli Rice- 1 cup
Urad dal- 1 cup
Salt-2 tablespoons
Garlic- 4-5 pods ( chopped)
Onion- 1/2 cup( chopped)
Tomatoes-1/2 cup( chopped)
Green chillies- 3-4 finely chopped.
Soak Sona masoori rice,par boiled rice,idli rice and urad dal in water for 8 hours and grind them into batter.Let it ferment for about 8 hours or overnight.Add about 1/4 - 1/2 cup of water while grinding the batter.
Add 2 tsps of salt and chopped garlic pieces in the batter.
- Pour two ladle full of batter on a hot pan.
- Sprinkle onions,tomatoes and green chillies on top.Spread a spoon full of oil/ghee all over the dosa.
- After a minute flip it and cook it on the other side.
- Serve with onion chutney or coconut chutney.
