Sprinkles like cheese powder and onion powder with salt and black pepper powder would also make them savory.
Ingredients,
Potato - 1 large
Water - enough to immerse the potato slices
Salt - 1/2 of a 1/4 tbsp ( or just 3 -4 pinches of salt, this measurement is for 1 potato slices only)
Cooking oil - for frying
Salt and red chilli powder - Enough to sprinkle.
- Make slices of potatoes and soak them in water for about 30 - 40 minutes.
- Place them on a tissue paper and them place one tissue paper on top of the potato slices and press them a little to squeeze out the water.
- Fry them in cooking oil in medium flame until the edges starts turning brown.
- Sprinkle with salt and red chilli powder.
Slice potatoes into thin slices.
Soak them in water for about half an hour with a pinch of salt.
spread them across on tissue paper.
Cove it with another tissue paper .
press slightly all over to squeeze out water.
Place them on dry plate and deep fry them until the ends start getting brown.
Sprinkle a little salt.
And red chilli powder.
Potato chips are ready to eat.
