Ingredients for Moong daal dosa,
Moong daal-1 cup
urad daal-1/4 cup
channa daal-1/4 cup
ginger-1/4 tbsp(grated)
salt-1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds powder- 1/4 teaspoon.(optional,fenugreek seeds powder give nice aroma to the dosa)
- Soak moong daal,urad daal and channa daal for 3 hours.Grind it in a blender to a fine batter with water.Add the grated ginger,fenugreek seeds powder and salt to it.
- Take a laddle full of batter and make dosas.Spread a spoon full of oil /ghee all over.
- Serve hot with Coconut Chutney.
