Gobhi And Soy Manchurian.

Hmmm..,monsoons in India,i just loved it.The emanating odour of the soil, leaves looking green and temperature astiring down everything seems to be reborn again. It just kindles old times of  my school and college days. The one coveting thing to eat at those times were fritters or as a matter of fact any fried appetizers .I used to ask my mom to fry some fritters and we all used to relish them .Sometimes while my mom used to fry them I used to eat  a few before she is done frying all those.
Now whenever I see cauliflower in my fridge I just have to make gobhi manchurian although now I avoid frying much but still once in awhile these are delectable. This time I mixed both the cauliflower and the soy chunks.I have used 1 small cauliflower and 10 soy chunks.
