Pudina Paratha /Mint Paratha

I got this recipe from a television show and I tried it immediately and efforts didn't go in vain. Kids approved it too.Looking at the video gave a lot of confidence in trying this recipe. They tasted really good with both yogurt and also pickle.
I like making Mint parathas as I like the beneficial facts about Mint.

Ingredients,
Mint leaves / Pudina leaves - 3 cups
Garlic cloves - 3-5 ( as per your taste)
Green chilies - 1 ( add more for spiciness)
Wheat flour - 3 cups
Salt - as per taste
Oil - a teaspoon to mix into the dough

Separate the mint leaves from stem and soak them in water to remove the dirt.

Grind the mint leaves along with garlic cloves and green chilies.

Mix this grinder paste along with the wheat flour ,mix salt.

After making the dough with a little salt, add a teaspoon of oil and knead well.Allow it to rest for a few minutes.(10 -15)

Make small portions out of the dough.Flatten each portion in a small round shape with a rolling pin.

Smear oil and cut along the radius of the circle.

Start to curl around,it forms a cone shape.and from the top press it to form a round shape.

Similarly do the same thing to all the portions.

Roll each one into a small roti and cook it on the hot griddle on both the sides.

Smear oil as you flip the paratha.Serve hot.

Separate the mint leaves from stem and wash them.

In a mortar and pestle grind the mint leaves, green chillies
and garlic cloves.

Take 3 cups of wheat flour,to it add salt and little
by little water to it.

After forming dough mix in the grinded
mint leaves.

Knead it well, add a teaspoon of oil and knead it again.
Allow it to rest for 10 - 15 minutes.

Roll the dough into a log and then make smaller
portions.

Dust with flour and roll into a small circle.

Smear oil all over and cut along the radius.

Roll the edge to a from a cone shape.

Cone shape.

Press from the top.Do the same thing to all the
remaining portions.Keep aside.

Roll this with a rolling pin into a roti.

Cook the roti on a heated griddle both the sides.
